Terms of Service

Provider: Whitepath Ltd ("Renovue", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17157499, registered office 195-197 Wood Street, London, England, E17 3NU. Contact: help@renovue.co.uk. A business-to-business agreement — Renovue is sold to businesses for use in their trade, not a consumer product.

By signing up or using Renovue you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Renovue lets you create projects for your own customers ("homeowners"), upload photographs, generate AI photoreal "finished result" visualisations ("renders") from those photographs and a chosen specification, assemble branded visual proposals, and record quote outcomes. Renovue is a visualisation and sales-presentation tool only. It does not provide architectural, structural-engineering, planning, building-control, surveying or any construction or professional design services. Renders are indicative AI approximations — not technical drawings, not to scale, not dimensionally accurate, and not a guarantee of what will be built.

2. Accounts

You confirm you use Renovue for your trade or profession and are authorised to bind your business. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & billing

Renovue is offered on monthly plans (currently Studio £149, Team £349, Multi-branch £799 per month, plus VAT where applicable), each with a monthly render allowance shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and your payment method is charged in advance. We may change prices on at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal. Failed payments may result in suspension.

4. Intellectual property

You own (or have the right to use) the photographs, brand assets, text and prices you upload, and grant us a licence to host and process them to provide the service. As between you and us, you own the renders generated for your projects and may use them in your proposals and marketing, subject to these Terms and the mandatory disclaimer/label remaining on the render. We own all intellectual property in the Renovue platform.

5. Your responsibilities

Permission to upload — you must have the homeowner's permission to upload their property photographs. You must not upload images you have no right to use, or images of identifiable people or sensitive content.
Accuracy — you are solely responsible for the accuracy of, and all claims made in, the proposals, renders, specifications and prices you present. You must not present renders as guaranteed, exact, measured or to scale.
Your own compliance — including consumer-protection law (including the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and the ban on misleading actions, fabricated reviews and guaranteed-results claims), advertising rules (CAP/ASA), and data-protection law for your customers' data. Keep the "indicative visualisation — not guaranteed" label on renders you present.
No professional-services positioning — you must not describe renders, or Renovue, as architectural, structural, planning or building-control outputs.

6. AI output disclaimer

Renders are produced by automated AI systems from your inputs and are indicative visualisations only. We do not warrant that any render is accurate, complete, true to materials/colours/dimensions, achievable, or representative of the finished work. AI output can contain errors or artefacts — you are responsible for reviewing every render before presenting it.

7. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care but "as is". Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, for the content or consequences of any proposal/render/price/claim you present, for any dispute between you and a homeowner, or for indirect loss. Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. You indemnify us against claims arising from your breach, your content or renders, your dealings with homeowners, and any claim that you lacked permission to upload an image.

8. Cancellation & data protection

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current paid period, via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or where required by law. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy; where we process personal data in your photographs and renders, you are the controller and we are the processor under Article 28 UK GDPR.

9. General

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice of material changes, effective at your next renewal. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
